Happy Anniversary!

Yesterday was my parents’ 39th wedding anniversary. Being together for such a long time tells you something about themselves. They are great parents and influence me a lot on my perception of marriage and how to take care of my family. It was also their last day of the 3 month visit, so we decided to have dim sum for lunch and Market Broiler for dinner before heading to SFO.

Happy anniversary, “lou tao” and “lou ma zi”… and thank you for everything you two have done for us, especially in the past 3 months. I wish I could do more for you than you do for me. Parents never turn down when their children need help– this is what I learned from you and I would do the same towards my children.
